3x to failure sets
9,8,7 (right after the rows AND still sore, these were painful)
Curls
2 times "21" : 7 lower half, 7 upper half, 7 full motion (rested after 14) with 25 e-z bar
Back extension
2x12 bodyweight
1x10 w/ 10 lbs
