guess whos back!

Finally able to go to the gym today.

exercise bike for 5 min @ 110 RPM (whatever that means)

2x6 pullups
3x10 dead lift 45 warm up (65,65,85)
bench press 45 warmup 10 at 75, 10 at 95 7 at 95
dips (10,6)

this is not much but im still getting over my illness.
